I have had to replace these adaptors 2 or 3 times now. I know that if I didn't lay the bike down I wouldn't have that problem, but they should be able to hold up a little bit better than they do. Still better than breaking fingers, etc.

Acerbis Uniko ATV Handguards Aluminum Bar Inserts

Get Tusk Inserts instead
Bought these to fit my Renthal Aluminum bars and they fit way too small. Ordered Tusk inserts for 8 bucks and they worked great. I just had to cut the rubber off and boom! ODI grips work great with Tusk inserts+Acerbis Uniko as well.

I bought these to install on my KLR 650. A little wiggling and whatnot to install, they touch the windscreen, but I need to swing the handlebar further towards me anyway. (I also shortened the handlebars by 2.5 inches, so that is probably the reason!) I wired them in piggyback to my existing turn signals. lots of visibility, have not crash tested them yet, but they look bulletproof!
