  i dont run a filter on my bike, so when i fill up my fuel jugs at the pump i run it through this filtered funnel. The amount of crap it collects is unreal. The thing i dont like is its so big you cant see your fuel level in your tank while filling. Thats why i filter the fuel going into the jug rather than the bike.

  Overhyped - average quality

  Kolpin is the standard, but I find the spout mechanism problematic to keep sealed. First, you *can* store the spout inside the can, no issue there. But the seal made using the cap to the can has to be just right or you have seepage. It depends on a perfect mating of two angled surfaces and I had to smooth a mold mark out to begin with. I can never get that perfect seal, so I always seep gas slightly. Dust coats it and keeps it from being a hazard, but they need to work on their spout design a bit more. On the good side - I use the Jr. to just have some spare gas "just in case" on day rides; the larger packs would be a better choice for long trips. It does allow me the option of having two gas packs or one gas and one water - good flexability.

  Kolpin Fuel Pack

  Wurst $80.00 ever spent

  This thing is a good idea, that's it everything else needs help the thing leaked on me twice because the gasket would get gas on itand make it fall in the tank no matter how tight you tightened it. So if it was me I would save your money and buy something more worth your money cause this thing sucks.

  Mixin Tag Fuel Indicator

  Giving it 3 stars for doing its job. The tag can be switched over easily which defeats the entire purpose, but that was probably my mistake. I found that my memory was best used when remembering if I mixed the gas, or using a piece of tape.

  once again rmatvmc comes through with flying colors. we bought the 4 gallon tanks and lets us say these things are very heavy duty we have tried other brands of this type of fuel tank and these got them beat hands down very strong very good spout and never a leak well worth the money and if you get the mounting bracket with them they are truly an unbeatable system. rmatvmc had these at my house exactly 48 hours after we placed our order and we are not close to any of their warehouses thats awesome service keep up the good job.
