    Incredible grip for woods riding

I get lots of doubtful looks and comments about this tire - that is until we hit the trails. This tire offers unbeatable traction in roots and rocks. You can pull right out in places where you will sit and spin with a knobby. We've been in some pretty slimy and slick mud with the 803 too, and never felt it was a disadvantage compared to a knobby. The only place a knobby has a slight advantage is downhill braking. You don't want to lock up the 803 when braking. Very difficult to mount because this is a tubeless design. For that reason, I have switched to the Michelin tube type trials tire. But I think the Dunlop 803 grips better for woods riding.

    Great sand tire!

Great tire for sand. Has lasted well for where I ride. 95% sand. Would not last long in the mountains or hard pack but that is not what I bought it for.

Front not good for the XR650R

Front was horrible, speed wobbles at low speed sent it back after trying all possible cures, back has 1100 miles and going strong. Traction as good as expected for the design.
