  I used this grease to replace the fork seals on my YZ250 and my WR450F and it helped out a lot. The grease is not your average grease and really aids in assembly.

  It is important to use the right shock oil.

  The Maxima shock oil is designed to withstand the high temps of a shock. Make sure you use the right viscosity oil. Works great in my 2011 crf 450r. I can change the shock oil myself and get the nitrogen recharged at the motorcycle shop for about $10.
