Ultra Silent Insert
This Ultra Silent Insert fits great into the end cap, and it is secured with one simple screw. Although it did not have as much sound-dampening qualities as I had expected, it still quieted it down a little. There was virtually no noticeable power loss at my elevation, but when riding in higher areas, it definitely did not run very good and robbed power. Re-jetting may have to be done. Good product overall. <span>Additional Comments On Aug 31, 2009:</span>Product used on a 2007 CRF150R.

USED A 2IN WHOLE SAW BIT TO DRILL OUT MY OLD SPARK ARRESTOR END JUST TO HAVE THE PART THAT BOLTS UP TO THE PIPE THEN SANDWICHED THE NEW SPARK ARRESTOR SCREEN IN BETWEEN THE PIPE AND THE PIECE FROM MY OLD SPARK ARRESTOR SO NOW YOU HAVE ALL THE POWER OF AN AFTER MARKET EXHAUST AND LEGAL SPARK ARRESTOR FOR THE PRICE OF AN SCREEN 14.99

Look trick
They fit great on my 2013 CRF450R and come with good directions although you better plan on an hour to do it and you will probably ruin the stock end caps getting them out. Look trick and are definitely louder than the stock pipes without the sparkys and about the same with them on.

Pro Moto Billet Silent Insert

Easy on the ears, Still sounds mean
After installing the Pro Moto Billet spark arrestor on my KTM 250 SX-F, I was hoping the bark of the exhaust would be a little quieter. This silent insert quieted it down but kept that deep rumbling tone that sounds so cool. Fit & finish are very nice and installation was simple. I haven't noticed any loss of power with it and am very pleased with the sound & performance on the trail.
