Works Connection Aluminum Radiator Braces

Bikes should come from factory with rad brace
Glad I installed it. Quick review. Fit was good. Holes were off by a very small amount but the brace was easy to bend. Which isn't what you want from a brace. That being said I'm glad I have it on my bike I just wish this product was made out of a stronger material. I lean my bike on trees alot and occasionally drop it on tight trails so its perfect for me. Price is way too high for what you get though. Overall I would recommend this item.

Boyesen Supercooler Water Pump Cover and Impeller Kit

Started using this bike for Desert Racing. Last race went up a looooong WOT sandwash, and I could feel the heat from the rads. Bike was working hard. Put the new impeller & housing on and raced again, and this time there was a 3 mile wash, with a good slope to it. Bike didn't get hot at all, and ran cool all day! Runnin' Cool = Horsepower!! I'm SOLD! Just bought another one for the 450. :-)

Enduro Engineering Radiator Braces

EE Guards on KTM 125sx
I am a fan of EE Product but this one does not fit unless you relocate the CDI box. It says it will fit all 2000-05 KTM 2 Stroke's. Pretty sure it will only fit the 05 without moving the CDI unit, The 05 rotated the CDI box. EE Does sell a kit to relocate the CDI but I have not found that part number on EE Site. Would have to call them. Also not sure if the CDI EE Kit would fit on the 125sx. The kit moves the CDI under the gas tank, I tried to get my CDI to fit with no luck. I will be returning this and going with KTM Hard Parts. They are bent to fit around the CDI Box .
