i have rebuilt 2 front sets of shocks and 1 rear shock for my 400ex and this stuff works great and i will be useing it again and agian. i think i used alittle over a bottle to a bottle and a half on the front shocks and about a bottle on the rear

Yamalube 01 Suspension Oil

Yamaha 01 fork oil
When I was younger, the Yamaha 01 oil was the "schizzle" and so now that I have the resources, decided to try some. Well the price is a bit of a put off especially when you can get Pro Circuit fork oil for a third less. I tried the P/C stuff and am a believer and for one third less they get my business. I'm not sure the additional cost and presumed quality is something I felt.

They call it Ultra slick for a reason.....
I used this grease to replace the fork seals on my YZ250 and my WR450F and it helped out a lot. The grease is not your average grease and really aids in assembly.
