I've been riding in my Comp-5 boots for 3 months now and I have no complaints. The buckles are good and the soles are holding up to footpeg abuse. I recommend strongly.

I liked these boots a lot, especially the vibram-style tread pattern. The fit, feel and wear great, but those soles don't mix with motocross foot pegs. At about 1 year old (just past warranty) the sole tore at the spot where you engage your kickstarter. Shoe Goo will only last one ride with this rubber formulation. Good for quads, not so good for MX.

Very comfortable boot, a little stiff which is good for protection. I like the padding on the ankles as it helps with support. Once riding you can't even feel them. I wear 13 on Alpinestars and O'neal and the 13 on the Comp 5s is a tad small, maybe like a 12.5 on the others.

I bought these inexpensive boots for my son because his feet are growing so fast. I am impressed with the quality and protection of the boot. They are a very good value. He likes the feel and the buckles are easy to use.

Used mine for dualsporting LA-Barstow-Vegas in the desert on my KLR, and on the ZG1400 riding fast from San Diego to Tulsa, Rain, heat, they do well. Easy to put on and off. Had a board hit my shin at 80 mph pretty good and the boots did a better job of protecting me than I believe they were designed for. They can be a little "kloppy" to walk in, especially until they're broke in. ZG1400's are heavy and even when footing down on an oil patch, the boots never have slipped. Very long lasting boot.

The support and the fit of the boots is good. I like the hard plastic shell that covers the foot and I am able to fit knee braces and in-the-boot pants into them with ease. I do not like the buckles. They are hard to line up and fasten and one or two of them usually come undone during a race.
