  Klim Inferno Mid-Layer Pant 2012

  Pretty disappointed.

  Though these mid-layers are warm and the Velcro adjustments make sizing the waist a breeze, I was very disappointed that the waist only fastens with a simple snap that can come undone fairly easily while sitting. Also, there are no belt loops for wearing a belt, should you decide to do so. Basically, you're just relying upon a rather weak snap to keep the pants secure. I'm a big fan of Klim and have bought quite a few of their products as they've always seemed really well thought out. I have to say they failed on this one.

  Six Six One Sub Shorts

  Ripped the First Time I Used Them

  These shorts appeared to be pretty good when I pulled them out of the box... however the main seam of the shorts completely blew out the first time I used them!!! I've had a pair of ARC shorts for years with no issue, I guess I should have stuck with ARC!
