Big Guys Thor Sentinel- Take Off Arm Guards
This is a very nice, extremely well made protector. The front and back have awesome coverage. I think the arm guards are a little lame looking though but plan on taking them off for my first ride anyway. I am 6 foot 210lbs. and really like the look of the Thor Sentinel, but on other smaller people, not on me since it looks like I have my little sisters gear on. The Alpinestars Storm, however, offers the same style over the shoulder look but is large enough to offer a big guy some real protection without the bulk of traditional deflectors, I like it a lot. The pivot system is pretty awesome as well, the shoulders move independently of the front and back panels, pretty sweet.

Has a nice fit without the neck brace. After removing front plate it doesnt fit with the alpinestar bionec neck brace. Returning it to find something that works with my neck brace.

Maybe for someone bigger...
I got this vest and liked how it looked but that was it. I couldn't even wear it because the fit was so bad. It was really stiff and akward. Anyway I like said, maybe it would fit a larger person better. I'm 5'6" weighing 130.

Leatt Brace Adventure Body Protector

Some Good, Some Bad
The chest, back and shoulder protection is good. However, the sleeves are idiotic. First off, the zip-off is unnecessary, very weak and poorly designed. Second, the elbow crook cut out is unnecessary and causes another weak point in the sleeves. The elbow guards do not have an effective strap to keep them in place. The strap that exists does not work well and will likely help contribute to arm pump. The only way to make this system work for me is to remove the sleeves and buy some other elbow guards. A crying shame considering how much this thing cost. I would not recommend this product and very disappointed.

I love my deflector it fits very well I got a xxl size and well I am 5'10 and 275 and ware xxl shirts and the other deflectors make them in smaller cuts. this one is cut bigger and feels great !!
