Didn't fit 2011 KTM
Bought this for my 2011 ktm 250 sxf to get rid of screen, only to have another problem, cage does not fit. Had to trim cage in three spots to get it to seal tight. Don't waste your money on this one.

donaldson filters are used in the heavy equipment industry. they make catepillar filters. If caterpillar trusts them to protect a $350,000 engine so do I. Ive ran this setup for just about a year now in extremely dusty conditions. No dirt anywhere near the throttle body intake. Stock filter setup ruined my 09' rzr s motor in 1500 miles. rebuilt the motor and installed the ump kit, no problems.

Better Than Stock
It flows better than the stock filter. Overall, it is also lighter than the stock airbox. It can be removed easier and faster for cleaning. Except for a burnt hole in the Outerware being too close to my T6 pipe, I definitely recommend this mod.

Kind of a pain
I just installed this on my 2013 RZR XP LE. Its unfortunate that cutting into the rear of the bed is a must. It's fairly easy install, a roto zip would make it even easier to cut. As for the details in the instructions, I would give it a 8 out of 10. The oil breather was vague as to the best location but I routed mine up to were the original intake is at and trimmed the black pre filter a bit so you cant even see it but secure with a zip tie and easy to access. Looks pretty cool and seems to reduce the intake restriction but allows more air to enter into the motor. Oh and I suggest taking out the old intake system so you can route the oil breather up, its easy to remove.
