  I purchased a pair of Alpine Star Tech 10's first of. But they were stiff & uncomfortable. My second choice was the :Gaerne-SG-10-Boots, wow what a fool I was these boots are fantastic, should have bought them first. Most comfortable riding boots I have ever owed will definatley buy another pair when I retire these. Soft leather, flexable at the ankle and just all round great motocross boots. Just bought my son apair, AAAAA+++++ Best Enduro boots on the market.

  Best all around boot

  Used mine for dualsporting LA-Barstow-Vegas in the desert on my KLR, and on the ZG1400 riding fast from San Diego to Tulsa, Rain, heat, they do well. Easy to put on and off. Had a board hit my shin at 80 mph pretty good and the boots did a better job of protecting me than I believe they were designed for. They can be a little "kloppy" to walk in, especially until they're broke in. ZG1400's are heavy and even when footing down on an oil patch, the boots never have slipped. Very long lasting boot.

  this is a good boot for the price. good support and and nice features. the only problem i found is you cant feel it when you shift this gets aggervating at times. but all in all a good boot. The price beats a broke ankle any day.
