  This thing is sweet! I was a bit skeptical when I first noticed it online, but once I received it, I was more than happy. Now that I've had it for a while, I can honestly say this things does it all. If I zip up all the panels with the liner, I can ride in 40% weather without a problem. From there, I have tons of options for liners and vents all the way to zipping off the outer panels and I've got a summer vented jacket! Who could ask for more? If you can only afford one jacket, this is the one.

  very good jacket

  SS Moment of Truth Jacket).....very breathable, looks nice with usable zipper pockets and a inside pocket around middle thorax area. position of inner pocket is good for an MP3 player or phone. Zippers are plastic, but work well. reasonably comfortable without any complaints after 8 hour rides. Comes with a vinyl inner lining that is water and wind proof . Wrist cuffs of inner lining are kept in place with velcro which, only present a small hassle when putting in or taking out lining. I am 5'9" and measure 44@ shoulders and 30@ waist. I wear a large. Have not tried out the armor and do not plan to.

  Impressive Jacket

  The color coordinates nicely with my 2010 VFR red/blk paint. High quality with a thicker rain liner than my Joe Rocket. I'm 6'5" 210 and went with the 3xl. Length is great but it's a little big in the body.

  This is one great, great jacket, very high quality in all respects, killer good zippers and liner. Don't pass this jacket up for the price, it's a $229 jacket for sure blows the Joe Rocket Pheonix away every which way but loose. 5'10" - 160 # medium fit a little snug with liner but OK. Any bigger then me go with a Large. Great deal and good co to buy from. Didn't send a hanger though :-(

  very impressed with the jacket, for the price. leather seams to be good quality. ordered a extra large so i could wear extra layers underneath, but jacket felt too big even with extra layers. Rocky mtn. with their great customer service exchanged the jacket with NO PROBLEMS and i didn't have to pay to ship it back, EXCELLENT customer service. I will shop here again. I wear a large and the large jacket fits well. Dislikes ---- Poor quality zipper, and removable linear is also low quality, but other than that jacket is excellent for the price. will probably have the zipper replaced at a later date if it fails, not a big deal but should of had a heavier duty zipper to begin with, SHIFT.

  Excellent warm weather jacket

  I bought this jacket for warm weather. It vents well and I always get compliments on it. I leave the quilted liner out of it, since it's my warm weather jacket. I bought the Scorpion Hellion jacket from Rocky Mountain for cold and or rainy weather. I am 5'-09", 190 LBS and a Large fits perfectly. I probably should have gotten an XL in the Helion due to using it with all the liners in most of the time. You can read my review on the Heloin jacket for sizing info.
