I've been through two rears now and this last one went about 4000 miles before showing cord right down the center line. Will look for something more durable.

I love the wet traction and the long wear. I usually get over 13000 miles from a set. The front usually can go longer but I like to change the set together.

I put about 8,000 miles on this tire with slightly aggressive riding. In compairison to the stock Dunlop K700 I got 3,000 more miles out of it. It's slippery for the first 700-1000 miles especially on gravel. It did not last as long as Storm front tire.

Ran the Z8 on my 2009 Multistrada 1100 and loved its durability and roadholding-esp in in the wet. When the Pirelli OEMs died at 5000klms on my new 1200 Multi the Z8's were put on. Big improvement over the Pirellis, currently at 8000kms and have plenty of meat left
