  Good jacket, but....

  I've been very pleased with this jacket. I've used it as a single jacket and also layered in very cold weather. Very wind resistant. Love the venting and convertibility to a vest. Recently rode in extremely wet weather. My chest/trunk stayed dry but the jacket did leak on the forearm seams. Overall, this is an excellent "entry" level jacket but is not water "proof". In most riding experiences, you'll be pleased with it's performance and the cost.

  Nice jacket...sized small

  I just recently purchased this jacket and love the way it looks and it's quality, but I had to return it. The size of the jacket is weird. Moose must have patterned the jacket's size after a Olympic athlete. The jacket is very "strait" through the chest, tight in the shoulders, and tight in the elbows. I ordered an XXL just so I could have room for extra layers of clothing and some "wiggle" room, but the jacket fits like a tailored suit jacket. It looks great if you keep your arms at your side and always stand strait up...not good qualities for a racing jacket. Sorry Moose you missed the mark by a mile on the sizing.

  Excellent quality and fit

  Recomend up upsize. I love the Jak. Rode in some pretty serious weather and stayed dry and comfortable. Short in the waist so will not bunch up when sitting but still long in the back to protect. Get one. You will not be dissapointed.

  Great Jacket!!!

  You can't beat the quality of this jacket for the price. I finally got what I wanted without having to spending too much. Excellent quality, tons of extras, and awesome look. This jacket also fits true to size. I normally where medium jackets and clothes so instead of going up a size as some of the other reviews insisted, I went by the sizing chart. With the availability of changing the sizes for free it gave me comfort in making the decision. This one fits, no need for an exchange. The shoulder/bicep are a little baggie, but allows for a flexible fit when riding. This jacket is soft and heavy. Good quality leather and comfort. Buy this jacket, you want be disappointed!
