I have used these for local aggressive road riding and lots of steep logging roads, some practice stuff (jumping little logs, deep sand Etc) I'm not an experienced dirt rider. Much better off road traction then my Anakee 3's Really good with decreased air pressure off road (25 pounds or so). Anakee's better on road, but not as big a difference.as expected. Rear wears fast, down quite a bit after 4,000 miles, enough to need to change. The squared profile causes some instability with aggressive dive into turns on road- still 1000 left for gravel i'd guess Did a trip to Northern BC/Yukon - performance great for varied roads, off roads. Great price here so ordered a new rear todayRead All Reviews

I bought a front and back 244 last winter. I just replaced the 244's with the same thing, so that says something! I put about 5000 miles on them. I'm not a small guy and I ride fairly hard. They worked well for me on both on and off road. They aren't road race tires, or MX tires, but they strike a good balance. Why spend more? BTW love Rocky Mountain ATV/MC!Read All Reviews

I bought these tires as they are DOT certified and wanted to get my bike plated to connect trails. I have about ten hours of riding on these tires and they are holding up fine. Rear tire seems to have great traction and slides predictably. Not as impressed with the front, as it works ok for tight single track, yet on hard pack trails or gravel roads it has very little grip. I would purchase the rear again yet would not recommend the front tire. In conclusion for a DOT approved tire used for off road, the rear would get 5 stars and the front would receive only about 2 stars.Read All Reviews

My 450X is plated for the road, but I ride off road a lot. The front is DOT, but the rear is not. Both are holding up better than the stock tires that came on my bike and work great off road. I ride desert, rocks, loose dirt, packed dirt, and everything else except mud. Tires are very predictable and hook.Read All Reviews

I have 8,500 miles on these tires, front and back and they are holding up pretty well so far. The rear has had some tread wear, but no more than I would expect at this stage of the game. Handling has been fine on and off road.Read All Reviews
