filter this

Not much to say about this filter, since it is a K&N. It fits well in my Hypercharger for my Harley. I have to buy a new filter a couple years, since the gas makes it hard.

    Top Notch Quality

I have installed these and seen them on many bikes!! Performance Machine has some of the greatest quality products I have ever used!! They perform great and look great on the bike! Might be a bit on the spendy side, but you definitely get what you pay for with these!! I would highly recommend if you are wanting something custom, but also performs well!

    A good buy

Additional Comments On Oct 15, 2012:Added this to a stock 88 with straight pipes, This bike had not been re-jetted for the pipes, but a local mechanic suggested I remove the mixture screw plug and adjust the air/fuel. With the iridium plugs added and the mixture adjusted this air intake made a huge difference in the power of the bike. Worth the money, as this is about fifty dollars less than the K and N. My only complaint is the instructions do not include any information of treating and care of the filter after use, but I will maintain it the same as a K and N. BTW the new gasket for the back plate is sealed in the packaging with the filter! PS if you are very careful u do not have to fully remove to carb to remove the mixture screw plug, and also seal this plug after you adjust it to where you like it, hi temp silicone works well.
