Good looking helmet with great functionality

Comments On Jul 03, 2014:Bought this helmet to ride with on my ninja 250. I love how quick it is to put on and take off with the adjustable buckle closure. Much faster than the regular strap and loop helmet closure! I ride 5 minutes to work everyday and do a lot of little runs around town so the easy on/ off system is great for me. The visor features are great and it's quick and easy to use. I still use my sunglasses with this helmet and use the tinted lens every now and then. The tinted lens is great for those rides where the sun pops in and out from behind hills and mountains because you can easily switch it in and out. The only catch for this helmet is the sizing. I normally wear a large in other brands but absolutely had to get the X-Large in this helmet so i recommend ordering a size bigger than your normal sizing! Happy Riding!

Worst fitting helmet I ever tried to wear

Ronald E in MO

Comments On Jun 24, 2014:I purchased a large size helmet from Jake Wilson. This is my normal helmet size. When I received the helmet, it was so tight I could hardly put it on. Jake Wilson's was happy to exchange it for a X-Large size. After receiving the XL helmet, I tried it on a short ride and could wait to get back home to get it off my head! This helmet has NO padding. It only has a removable liner with some thickness that is supposed to act as padding. The forehead hard foam rides at an uncomfortable position below the eye brows. Wearing glasses is impossible with this helmet, since it sits so low it pushes your glasses down on the bridge of the nose. This helmet actually hurts the wearer. Terrible helmet to wear. It just looks cool.
