The way it should be!!

BRONCE in MO – Machine this part was bought for: 2016 KTM 300 XC-W (E-Start)

Comments On Jan 07, 2016:I have installed this switch on two KTM's. This is the way it should be done from the factory. This is a easy way to free up space on the left side for a headlight, turn, horn combo switch. A+

Nice quality switch

Michael in TX

Comments On Oct 14, 2015:I bought and used this in a dual sport conversion for my WR450F. I cut the wires and soldered on the OEM connectors for the start and kill switch and mounted it on the right handlebar. It looks clean and works great.

Solid product

Greg in KS – Machine this part was bought for: 2014 KTM 250 XCF-W

Comments On Feb 17, 2015:easy to install by removing mask, seat and tank. It is a tad bulky top to bottom but not in the way. Actually a bit thinner than stock. Wires exit the housing for throttle side mount but could be mounted on the clutch side if necessary. Nice to have one start kill button - good, solid product

Don't install it upside down

Scott in WA – Machine this part was bought for: 2008 KTM 450 EXC-R

Comments On Feb 09, 2015:Installed this puppy with drain hole at the top and kill switch started sticking after 3 months. Duhh! Took it apart and cleaned it out. Had to file corrosion off of contacts and lube it with dc4. Works great now with drain hole on bottom.

Has two momentary push buttons.

Garrick in UT

Comments On Apr 30, 2014:The item description of "Kill button is the non-lock down version" means it has two momentary push buttons. Not a momentary push button and a toggle switch. Besides that looks like a great unit. Thick plastic, buttons feel solid and don't wobble. Large diameter (as far as handle bar mounts go) mounting bolts. Thick copper in the wire. Well built.
