The fit and comfort really sucks, tried two sizes, shoes have a weird shape and dig into your foot, for $140.00 they should fit right, ended up costing me money to return shipment instead

Great to have extras in the gear bag. I used these on my tech 3s that are around 2010 model. Excellent fit.

    Falling apart after 5 rides!!!

It’s an ok product, but it started falling apart after only 5 rides. The stitching that hold the Velcro together came undone. I didn’t even use it (adjust etc.). This is not acceptable for a roost guard that runs over $200!

    No surprises quick delevery

Light weight, rigid but not too stiff. No break in needed. Well constructed, durable. Good quailty straps. Best bang for your buck enduro boots as far as I'm concerned.

    So far so good

Just got these and haven't been able to ride yet. First impressions are really good. I'm normally a size 10 in riding boots but I tried the size 9 and it fit fantastic. Probably the most comfortable riding boot new that I've owned. I bought these for trail and technical riding. I've got a pair of SG12s and while they are excellent boots, they are tanks. I wouldn't wear anything else on the track or off road racing but for practicing my Graham Jarvis impersonation, they are too heavy and clumsy. Plus I wanted something with more traction when I get stuck in steep terrain. Never thought I'd be riding in $200 boots again, I can afford whatever I want, but these really feel good and seem to have sufficient protection for low speed technical and trail riding. I'll post an update after I get some rides in.

    fit with Troy Lee

Troy Lee Helmets tend to have a short chin bar or closer to your face. With the Atlas brace, the chin bar fell inside of the brace and didn't block the downward force. The Alpinestar brace fits well with short chin bars.
