Alpinestars Fluid Pro Carbon Knee Brace Set 2015

    Slides down

My son has relatively smaller legs and the knee braces continue to slide down regardless of how tight he tightens the straps even with boots on. Even so the movement is restrictive especially with motocross pants. Bad fit ment even with the extensive options. Needs specific sizes L/M/S is to broad.

    Great protection

We had issues after a nasty crash with the rivets ripping out of the shoulder pads but were able to order replacements from Alpinestars. I can't fault the product for the damage incurred during a crash. After all, it did do its job by preventing injury.

    Alpinestars Vapor Elbow Guards

    Not the best

These are a little cheap for the price. The strap system does not hold the guards in place very well and the hooks broke immediately (replaced them with paper clips. I've since replaced them with a pair of fox's that fit much better and have better coverage.

    thumbs down

purchased because of pleasant reviews. but if i wear them for more than like an hour the straps dig into my skin so bad. extremely uncomfortable. i get scabs every time i wear them. but you get what you pay for i guess.

  • Alpinestars Bionic Freeride Shorts

    Alpinestars Bionic Freeride Shorts

    DONALD in NV

    good shorts, with caveats

fit: they run at least a size small (order larger, fit guarantee gives one free exchange :)... stretch bands are narrow and use strong (tight) material. waist band is closer to true fit, but still small. silicone friction on leg only... quality materials, and construction... hard pads are noticable sitting in truck nad walking, but pretty much disappear while riding (dirt bike, attack)... if you want hard pads (upper femur, tail, soft over illiac crest), the isn't much choice. fit may be a problem though (especially with tree trunk thighs) without alteration.
