FMF Power Bomb Header Pipe - Moto

    Awesome

I just put the fmf power bomb header on along with fmf's power core 4 silencer and I am amazed with the the difference in power! Very very snappy throttle response and great low to mid range power and even in the top end it is great! Can hardly keep the front tires on the ground!! It sounds absolutely awesome too.

    Good, not great

Overall I'm pretty happy with this slip-on. It most definitely improves the sound by giving it a much louder and throatier sound compared to stock. I'm using it with the stock header, but I did remap the ECU after installation. I've got to say, I didn't feel THAT big a difference in power over stock. The bike definitely runs richer after the remap and it might pull a little longer overall after installing this slip-on, but it's not a night and day type thing. The only real negatives were the lack of any type of sealing gasket where the muffler slips on to the header pipe (had to use high temp gasket maker) and the fact that the can itself is not completely sealed where it is riveted together (i noticed some water being displaced from there upon start up after the first wash).
