  • A.R.C. BattleBorn Adventure Jacket

    A.R.C. BattleBorn Adventure Jacket

Great Jacket. Buy it and head for the hills.

The jacket is a great value for the money. There is no other jacket, feature for feature, that can match up at the 200 dollar price point. I am 6 feet 2 inches at 200 pounds, 44 inch chest and the XL size fits perfect. It is a little heavy, even with the liner out, but that’s the price for having shoulder, arm and back armor in place. The jacket also vents well. I would like to see an additional bellows pocket across the lower back of the jacket for additional gear placement. Overall, this is the best jacket I have owned for dual sport riding.

    Great Jacket

I am on my second copy of this jacket after 4 years. I lost some weight so I had to downsize. Otherwise, I would be wearing the original. It is a great jacket. It's very durable. It has all the pockets I need. It has protected me in more than one crash. I wear it daily commuting to work, summer, and winter. It is warm enough with a liner that I purchased separately, and the open vents cool it adequately in the summertime heat. I only have one minor complaint. I wish that the velcro collar strap was about an inch longer. It is a little difficult to use it when I wear a balaclava in the cold weather.

Tough, moves well, great price, but straps are too ...

Those straps are wayyy too long. I even did what EveRide ADV does by cross strapping them in X’s, which helped a lot, but they still feel too loose. The riding boots help too by keeping the shin guards held up. I’m thinkijg about cutting off and inch of the strap and reattaching it to make use of the Velcro. I like them a lot and it’s a great price. Just a little modification required if you’re a skinny guy like me.

  • A.R.C. Knee Brace Sleeves

    Not what I expected.

Thanks to EveRide ADV’s videos, I wouldn’t of found RockyMountainATVMC.com, or atleast not as fast? The A.R.C. Knee Brace Sleeves I ordered to go under the A.R.C. knee/shin hard plastic guards are disappointing. I ordered the Small hoping they would be a tight fit so they wouldn’t slide down at the calf. They’re a tight fit like I wanted around the ankles, but around the calf area, they’re super loose and keep falling down even with the knee guards on. I have thick thighs too and I’m 5’10” 170lbs., so I’m curious who the heck is wearing the size X-Large...a 400lb motocross rider? Good thing the knee “brace” sleeves were only $11.99. I think I’ll just fold over the part that covers the thigh on top of the ARC hard plastic knee guards, I’m thinking that will suffice. I was just really hoping for a compression sleeve type fit and not, i don’t even know what to call the way they fit. Tight at ankles, floppy at thighs. Maybe some compression knee sleeves will work well under the knee guards. Was just really trying to wear as much A.R.C. Swag that I can.
