    Good Value

Pretty nice tubing. You get a good amount for the money. I was able to replace all the tubing on my carb. Makes it look much better.

Nice and tight fuel line clamps

These work great for me. Edges not sharp, am able to get needle-nose pliers on their in order to snug them up. They retain their shape well.

Helix Racing Products All Fuel Line

    TRAVIS in CA

Fuel line failed almost immediately in CA pump gas

I installed this fuel line to replace the old line on my 1978 Honda Trail 70, which is not a quick task, since the fuel tank sits internally inside the frame and requires removal to access the lines. I took the bike out for a test ride afterwards and the bike began sputtering and then shut off as if it was out of fuel. The tank was still full of fresh CA premium Chevron pump gas but I realized that the fuel lines had softened and kinked (the fuel lines were not too long or short), shutting off the supply of fuel to the carb. I had to "massage" the fuel lines just to get enough fuel to fill the float bowl so that I could make it a little ways before running out of gas and repeating the process until I finally made it home. When I made it home the bike had begun leaking fuel out of the petcock nipples (the full line is the proper size for the nipples, btw). Upon closer inspection the line had seemingly melted, you could see the internal structure had delaminated and the line was very soft. I pulled the line off the petcock nipple to drain the tank and the fuel line left its clear inner structure broken off and still attached to the nipple. The fuel line had completely failed and was separating into its separate components right in front of my eyes. This stuff is absolute garbage, I have never seen anything like this before on any of the other 13 motorcycles I have owned. Luckily, Rocky Mountain MC did a great job with the warranty process and got me a replacement from a different brand right away.
