Worked perfectly | Works much better than stock

Bought this radiator a week ago and am very satisfied with it so far. Ended up putting it on my son's 2007 Kawasaki KLR650. Worked out well. Fit on easily, works like a charm. My only concern was the hardware. It seems that you need to use your old hardware with the new radiator. Not a big deal in our case. Hope this helps someone save a few hundred bucks on a radiator. We have both the Mylers, and Tusk and performance-wise they are very similar. (The Tusk radiator is just much cheaper)

Stronger than OEM but horrible fit

This radiator is obviously more stout than the OEM radiator, but the fit leaves quite a bit to be desired. The radiator cap barely clears the tank and the overflow nozzle is way too long to clear the tank. The overflow nozzle did however shear right off when I tried to unscrew it. On top of the poor fitment the threaded plug for the radiator shroud to bolt to immediately came loose and spun, making it extremely hard to bolt on the radiator shroud. This radiator seemed like it was not designed for the KTM and was simply slapped on as an after thought.
