    Don't thread the protector on

The hex on the thread protector is larger than the clearance on the flywheel. This causes the protector to be forced into the flywheel causing damage.

    Neutron Oil Filter

    no pleats! no paper?!

I bought this thinking the stock photo might not have been wrong. I was wrong. It looks just like the picture for my bike and I don't like it. Any filter I can see through I have a bad feeling about. Just a very fine metal screen i can see through as the filter media. It gives me a bad feeling. So it will sit on my shelf as an emergency back up. In the mean time I will continue to run a HI-flo filtro or K&N for a few bucks more and sleep easier at night.

    No brainer!

Why would you buy any other oil filter. I have used these in all of my bikes for over 5yrs now with no issues. They fit perfect and cost less than half of OEM filters.
