This radiator is obviously more stout than the OEM radiator, but the fit leaves quite a bit to be desired. The radiator cap barely clears the tank and the overflow nozzle is way too long to clear the tank. The overflow nozzle did however shear right off when I tried to unscrew it. On top of the poor fitment the threaded plug for the radiator shroud to bolt to immediately came loose and spun, making it extremely hard to bolt on the radiator shroud. This radiator seemed like it was not designed for the KTM and was simply slapped on as an after thought.Read All Reviews

An inline water cooler like this maybe gives more peace of mind than anything else because I have no way of measuring whether or not it's actually dissipating heat efficiently. But my wife's smaller 271cc liquid-cooled engine works very hard when we're on the trails, and I wanted to make sure she had every advantage in cooling possible. Hoping this isn't just a gimmick product, but it's well-made, inexpensive, and can't hurt the engine any. :)Read All Reviews

Engine Ice doesn't make your engine run "colder," so not sure of those claims. Engines are made to operate in an optimal temperature range, so what this does is allows your engine to dissipate heat a WHOLE lot better. In other words, whereas stock coolant may boil over when riding slower trails where the engine is working really hard (rock climbing, etc.), Engine Ice handles it more efficiently and dissipates the heat better. Under those loads, the reduction in temperature is really a prevention of the INCREASE in temperature by up to 50-degrees. I can tell the difference already. The radiator fan doesn't come on nearly as often, and my temperature gauge rarely, if ever goes above 2 clicks now (used to hit 3 on an average ride). I think the engine is benefiting from this better coolant. And for the price, you really can't beat this upgrade in cooling efficiency. :)Read All Reviews
