    Great buy

I absolutely love the synthetic rope, doesn't get all kinked and wrapped up against the rad and guides. Would definitely recommend to get synthetic rope if you need new line or just sick of poking your fingers with the wire rope.

    rope sucks

Winch by its self is great. Happy with the power. I bought this as a backup for my warn 2500. So it sat in my garage for a bit till I burned up the warn. So here it starts. We went for a ride at camp and ended up in a creek that I couldn't get up the bank. Hooked up the winch for the first real pull and about half way up the rope broke about ten feet from the hook and the rope was about 2 ft off the ground. After it breaking several more times I gave up. Call the next Monday and they replaced it for free and had it here fast. Now the new rope. Back to camp and work half the day pulling fallen logs off trails with no problem. That night we found the mud from hell and needed it. First hook up snap. Same thing. My problem is this was all straight line no snatch block. If it won't tale 3500 lbs how would it ever hold 7000 doubled up.

ATVs are made to go just about anywhere. Unfortunately, there are some places that a quad can get to that aren’t so easy to get out of. For those times when you’re stuck and need a little help, there’s an ATV winch. When you have a winch installed on your four wheeler, you don’t have to worry quite as much about mud or marshes. And if you do any winter riding, a winch is indispensable. Not only are winch-operated snow plows much easier to use than their hand-operated cousins, but a good ATV winch can literally be the difference between life or death if you find yourself stuck in the snow alone on a wintery afternoon.

At Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, we stock winches from three respectable brands: Warn, Tusk and Polaris. In fact, you’ll find so many Warn ATV winches here that you might not know where to begin. Here are a few things to look for when shopping for winches:

  • Weight rating
  • Type of rope (wire or synthetic)
  • Length and diameter of rope
  • Whether the mount plate is included

Of course, if you’re looking for the best ATV winch around, you can’t go wrong with real reviews from actual customers. That’s why you can read what our past customers have said about their experience with any product on our site.

Now is the time to equip your quad with one of the finest winches around. Don’t wait until it’s too late. Take a look at our impressive selection, and buy an ATV winch today!
