The install was pretty straight forward, the hardest part was getting all the holes to line up for the mount plate, and finding a good spot to put the solenoid. I put mine above the shock and tie down bracket under the front fender, so its protected from any sticks or rocks that would get kicked up. The winch isnt the strongest for this size quad, but I havent maxed it out yet, I would recommend going with one size up so it doesnt get maxed out in thick mud. The first ride after installing it, my quad slid off the trail and was hanging off a cliff, if I didnt have the winch to pull it back up, the quad would have been toast. Its well worth the money spent on it since it has paid itself off in the first ride.Read All Reviews

I've had the winch for four months and have only used it twice. It pulled out my rzr with no problem. Seemed well built by now it won't engage from free spool. Contacted Warn customer service and they said i probably had dirt or mud in the free spool release. Only got 300 miles on my machine and only have been in moderate mud . I went with the Warn because I heard that they were durable and dependable. I have friends who bought cheaper winches and have beat on them for two years with no problems. Maybe I got the odd lemon winch but I expected to get more life out of the Warn . Thought they could handle a little water and mud. My advice is save the money and go with a cheaper winch because from what I've the Warn needs to be babyedRead All Reviews

Bought this to replace my 8 year old Warn 2500 ci. Exceeded my expectations in every way. Perfect install. No issues. Can't wait to try it out more thoroughly at Hatfield and McCoy later this month. My previous Warn saved several over the cliff incidents from being disasters. Go Warn and thanks Rocky Mountain Atv.Read All Reviews
