Rocky Mountain ATV/MC RAce Gas, Dear Race Gas Partner, Thank you for your interest in our Race Gas Program. Here's how it works. A participant signs up for Race Gas at your event. We receive the event participant list from you, with all required information, filled out. We will put Race Gas credits into the participant's Rocky Mountain ATV/MC account. If they did not previously have an account, one will be created for them. They will have the ability to access that account via an email we will send to them. Their credits are ready to use during order checkout. Fast and Simple! Please note. The participant will receive an email from us specifying that the credits have been put into their account and are valid for 30 days.

Terms, Please read carefully. 1. Each organization will be able to specify up to a maximum of 12 events per year. 2. To help us serve you better will will require that you send us a schedule with the date and location of up to 12 events. This will help both parties understand the expectations of list submissions and Race Gas credits delivery timelines. 3. A participant can earn one Race Gas credit per event. 4. A Race Gas qualifying event must have 50 or more participants. 5. To ensure speedy Race Gas credit delivery to a participant's account, we will require you to send us each event's list within a 14 day window after the event. Please only attach one event list per email. 6. Participant lists will only be accepted in a digital, Excel, spreadsheet, format. Please click the link below to get your template, 7. It is the event organizer's responsibility to inform all participants that their name and email will be shared with Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, and that Rocky Mountain ATV/MC will be contacting them via email to notify them about their credits. Best practice is to provide a checkbox that racers mark when filling out their registration where they give your organization permission to share their contact information with Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. Example, I give, race organizations name, permission to share my contact info with Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. I understand Rocky Mountain ATV/MC will be emailing me about my Race Gas credit due to participation in this event.
