Summary

The Director will oversee a team of photographers/asset managers to make sure images are processed and tagged to products in our catalog inventory in a timely manner.

Essential duties and responsibilities - including the following. Other duties may be assigned
  • Overseeing and managing a dynamic missing image list to make sure images are tagged to our internal software in a timely manner
  • Coordinating image production with outside, third-party vendors
  • Overseeing and managing vendor images
  • Overseeing internal brand image production that includes, coordinating photoshoots with our brands department
  • Assisting Catalog Art Director during tight-deadline situations to ensure all images are processed
  • Team Management: Guide a team of photographers, evaluate and measure work-flows and build upon and enhance procedures
Job Requirements
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere

Accountant Location

Summary

Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.

Essential duties and responsibilities - including the following. Other duties may be assigned
  • Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions
  • Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for other managers
  • Audits contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transaction prior to settlement
  • Collects appropriate data and prepares federal, state, and local reports and tax returns.
  • Monthly, quarterly and year end close process
  • Compiles payroll data such as hours worked, sales or piecework, taxes, insurance to be withheld, and employee identification number, from the time sheets and other records
Job Requirements
  • Four year degree and two years of entry level experience in the accounting profession. Experience should provide basic understanding of financial statements, general ledger, and sub-ledgers.
  • Experience with payroll/tax withholding
  • Analytical thinking
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Microsoft Excel training or experience
Preferred but not necessary experience includes the following:
