Tusk Foot Pegs
The OEM foot pegs are completely useless off road. I did a lot of research and ended up with the Tusk version. I’m very happy with my purchase.

1999 KLR 650
Just upgraded from my stock pegs on a '99 KLR 650. These pegs are so much better than stock ones and well worth the investment. Feels much better now standing up and room to make adjustments.

Grippy, durable and fair price
Easy upgrade and worth it. Improved peg grip and confidence in steep rocky climbs. Dropped the bike a number of times already and they look great.

Great off road pegs, a must have on a klr for anyone who wants to seriously ride off road
Was looking for bigger off road pegs for my klr and I've been happy with other tusk products I've put on it, and the price difference between tusk and other brands made it a no brainier. I've got five hundred off road miles on them now and I love them. However shifting with motocross boots on was a challenge, but after adding a tusk shift lever that problem was solved.

Will these fit the FIRST Gen KLR650? Mine is a 2006 and I am wondering about fitment. Thanks.
Douglas K on Sep 12, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, they will fit the first gen KLR's. Enter the make, model, and year into our "Choose a vehicle" drop down boxes found above the product image.
are the teeth replaceable?
A shopper on Sep 12, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, the teeth are replaceable.
I have a set of moose aftermarket pegs on my 09 KLR now, but i have to really hug the sides of the bike to keep my boots on them. do these pegs allow a wider (side to side) stance on the KLR?
Patrick K on Mar 15, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Can't really say for sure if they are wider than your Moose pegs, but I do know they are much better pegs than the factory footpegs. The Tusk were a heck of a good deal for the price. I did put a slightly longer gear shift on that seems to help when putting on upgraded pegs. Possible that could help you if you are having to tuck your boot in too much.
Will gear shift lever need to be replaced to a longer one due to the extra length of foot peg? Thank you
Philip R on Apr 11, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I really like my new foot pegs, they are much more comfortable. However, even with a longer gearshift lever it is a little more difficult to shift but it is worth the trade off. So yes get the longer shifter too
I heard these work on Yamaha Super Tenere as well. Is this true?
A shopper on Oct 1, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I love my Tusk Billet Race Foot Pegs with springs. I wear a size 14 boot, so the larger peg gives me more room & better grip on the pegs.
Will 2006 rmz pegs fit on 2015 rmz?
A shopper on Aug 6, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately it looks like they are different part numbers on your 2006 and 2015 rmz and they will not be exchangeable.
Do you sell the springs only? Had an "emergency landing" on my 2006 klr 650, and the right one (spring) broke...
A shopper on Jul 31, 2018
BEST ANSWER: You can use these to replace the springs for your KLR: Fastway Replacement Springs for Fastway Pegs

Roger B on May 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Roger,

Sorry these pegs are not offered in a 5mm lower configuration.
Will these also fit the passenger pegs?
ben h on May 21, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Maybe with some modification but they won't just bolt on.
Do these pegs come with new pins or do I need to reuse the originals?
