Inspect and check tire pressure often. This is the most important tire-maintenance function you can perform. Refer to your machine's documentation for proper maintenance. Always give tires a gentle "run-in" period of 100 miles to get the feel of new tires--this means they should not be subjected to maximum power, abrupt lean-over, hard cornering, etc. Always match the front and rear tires for optimal handling, safety and performance. Mixing radials, or mixing radials with bias or belted-bias tires, may adversely affect handling and stability.

The charts and information on this page do not imply interchangeability. Consult your machine's manual to determine correct replacements, clearances, compatibility and stability, load-bearing capacity, speed rating, radial vs. non-radial, pattern and tread compound requirements, inflation recommendations and front-to-rear tire matching. Wrong selection can result in tire failure or loss of control with serious injury or death.

  • For street legal supermoto bikes.
  • Softer compound-race inspired for excellent grip.
  • Lighter weight construction.
  • Not recommended for large displacement touring applications.
  • D.O.T. Legal.
  • 10% off-road, 90% on road.
  • Tubeless.

wr250x distanzia rear

Comments On Sep 08, 2013:I wanted something with some tread for playing in creeks and crossing fields, but didn't want to sacrifice street performance. They're a little heavy, but sticky and have lasted a good while with this light bike. I feel confident enough dragging knee on street, and don't leave me questioning if I'll make it thru most off road situations.

20 % off road 80% street !

Comments On Jun 19, 2013:I have put about 7000 miles on these tires and I am very satisfied with them. Off road handling is ok when they are new after they are worn I would not recommend very hard riding. The street performance is awesome on all weather conditions after they are wormed up. Even if they slip a bit on a very sharp turn they get grip again right after - no chance to miss the turn or crash. Thread life is amazing I still have about 50% left. Would highly recommend for a supermoto riders who go once in a while off road. If you plan street riding only I would probably choose the Mischellin Anakee 3!
