A faulty radiator isn’t just an inconvenience, it can overheat your machine and cause catastrophic engine damage. Mylers SuperCool Aluminum Radiators are a great replacement option when your motorcycle, UTV, or ATV needs a radiator with cooling and rigidity that outpaces the competition.

The key to Mylers SuperCool Aluminum Radiators excellent performance is their extra-deep "fused" core which—unlike glued cores—lets heat dissipate into the side plates of the radiator for improved cooling and lower operating temps. The "fused" core also makes overall radiator construction much more rigid and less prone to impact and vibration related damage.

The SuperCool’s larger cores are TIG welded by hand and topped with a billet cap and cap neck for an exceptionally polished look that will go great with your machine. It will be easy to get a clean look too since Mylers’ rads bolt in easily and neatly tuck in behind your plastics.

      Specs:
    • Improved cooling over stock
    • Stronger impact resistance than stock
    • Thicker dimension core is more efficient than stock
    • TIG welded by hand
    • Billet cap and cap neck
    • Uses stock mounting points
    • Fits like OEM radiator
    • Sold as individual sides (single units)
    • Comes with rubber grommets, washers, and nut clips
    • Fused core increases strength and heat dissipation
    • Can be straightened or repaired after crash
    • 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects

    Mylers radiator
I bought a Mylars radiator for my sons Kawasaki Supermini. It took an absolute beating. It is smashed and tweaked in many directions and still dos not leak or lose a drop of fluid. I have purchased a new one but I will keep the old one just in case. LOL

    Bad fitting part
The radiator isn't a good copy of the OEM part, because the shroud mounting holes don't lineup properly. Also , now I can't use my KTM radiator guard. Not happy with this purchase...should have bought OEM or had the original part repaired.

Great value! Good figment! Great service!
Needed a new radiator because my old one had a hole. When I priced out the factory one I looked to Rocky Mountain for an alternative option. The price was considerably lower. Radiator performs as it should and even has extra support bracket on rear of radiator. Only problem with extra bracket is that the fan hits when mounted. With a few alterations, I was able to make it work. Also had problems attaching the small overflow hose but was able to stretch hose and eventually make it work.

Rested on stock DRZ header, did not fit
Bought this as I thought it would be a faster and easier way to get my DRZ back on the trails than buying a used OEM one online. Rocky mountain shipped quickly and was great, but the radiator itself was not.
Overall it definitely seems sturdier than OEM, sides are a thicker metal and over all seems to have more heft. That being said it did not fit at all. The left side I ordered could not even be bolted on as it was hitting the stock header. The bottom reservoir on the radiator would need to be moved at least 3/8th of an inch up to clear the header enough to not have a hole burned in it. Mylers customer service was great and they offered to make changes to fit it, but if the bike has an OEM exhaust, header, etc,the replacement radiator should fit. The last thing you want is to order a replacement radiator and then have to mail it around for another few weeks while not being able to ride.
After attempting to fit it myself I ended up being out more and just ordering a used OEM one. Even then Mylers offered to fit it, which is a testament to them, but by that point I had enough.
I'll stick to Mylers for repairs, but for replacement radiators OEM seems to be the easier route.

They use inserts that are not properly installed.
when trying to put on my shrouds the sert started spinning before it even snugged up. I don't have an answer for them, but spinserts in aluminum suck. KTM does that right, not sure how they do it, but these, bluntly, suck.

Do these radiators have a larger capacity/volume than the stock radiators?
    Roger B on Mar 2, 2017
BEST ANSWER: There is nothing on Mylers' website that says thet they are a greater capacity. But I remember having to put a little more coolant in my bike with a new Mylers left side radiator, than when I had both stock radiators on my bike.( I now have a stock right and a Mylers left radiator)

    Guy R on Aug 29, 2016

Is this an oversized radiator or is it oem capacity?
    Levi G on Apr 19, 2017
BEST ANSWER: It is slightly larger in capacity but has the same dimensions as stock as far as mounting. Top and bottom tanks are slightly larger but does not affect mounting clearance. A much stronger radiator than stock, I highly recommend it. Top notch quality

Will these radiators work with unabiker rad guards?
    A shopper on Nov 30, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I don't know, but these radiators are as strong as al the Works Connection rad braces bolted to a stock set. If you go without rad braces for these, you will do fine.
Are these radiators made in the U.S.A. or not?
    Samuel T on Aug 24, 2017
BEST ANSWER: They are Made here in West Jordan, Utah
Do they lower the water pressure in the radiator?
    A shopper on Jul 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: They carry more water capacity. But do not lower the pressure. I would recommend a high pressure radiator regardless of the radiator you use.
Does this fit with the works connection radiator braces?
    Marc S on Sep 25, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I have one on my KTM 2 stroke with Moose radiator guards that wrap around and the fit was no problem. As the other responder said, these are super heavy duty and would be harder to damage than stock by far.
How is the fitment on a Gen2 KLR650? I have a 2016 that has a leaking radiator and all the reviews I've found are for Gen1 or dirt bikes.
    A shopper on May 3, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I installed these radiators on a 2008 CRF450R, they fit a little tight, which they are bigger so that is to be expected. Stronger than stock with better cooling capacity. If they don't fit, Rocky Mountain will work with you, great customer support.
I have a 2002 yz426f. Wondering how well it fits on this bike because of comments from the reviews?
    Christian C on Feb 12, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I have a 2005 yz450f and found them a little snug. The only other thing was I could not run devol rad guards with the new radiators. Other then that great radiators really help with keeping the bike cool on really hot and humid days.
My inlet and outlet hoses on my left side radiator for my 2017 yz250x come off the radiator straight to the other side but in the picture is shows them angled. Will this fit my bike???
