Just like the name implies, the REV’IT! Commuter Pant is dedicated to the rider that wants a near perfect blend of convenience, protection, and comfort as they ride back and forth to work or school. And REV’IT! began right from the get go with an overpant design meant to go over your casual/work clothes, which eliminates the hassle of choosing between protection and style.

And REV’IT! does both well with 500 denier fabrics and super-heavy 1000 D reinforcement panels making up the chassis of the pant which steers away from being baggy, actually taking on a very good line compared to other overpants. Inside the abrasion resistant exterior you get CE level 2 armor at the knees with level 1 Seesoft protection at the hips as well.

But just as is important is the waterproof, breathable Hydratex membrane that’s laminated to the pants itself. So it’s non-removable but you no longer have any awkward liners bunching up or catching on your foot. With REV’IT! putting everything together in such a well-thought out package, the Commuter Pants ends up being one of the best overpant options currently available from anyone.
