Working off the previous iteration of the Horizon pant and taking heavy cues from other new gear like the Sand 3 and Horizon 2 Jacket, the Horizon 2 Pant has been refined and distilled down to a true 3 to 4 season pant that’s an ideal choice for commuters, adventure riders, even sport tourers.

The biggest change in the Horizon 2 is the armor upgrade to level 2 Seeflex at the knees and Seesmart level 1 at the hips for a large jump up in impact protection. For weather protection you still get a removable thermal liner and the baked-in hydratex liner that keeps you dry, but the Aquadefence venting on the thighs has been improved as well.

Now the Aquadefence openings have a greater level of direct airflow, super simple FidLock magnetic hold open buttons, and a refined design that does an even better job of making sure all water is kept out. Add in the full list of nuanced comfort features and motion panels to the new Horizon 2, and its versatility and capability for a wide range of riding styles becomes very apparent.
