With a design that’s made to be an effective and moderately technical outer layer, the Moose Racing XCR Pullover Jacket is a lightweight, waterproof jacket that’s perfect for off-road and enduro riders wanting weather protection with minimal bulk. The jacket is built on a dual-layer chassis of stretch nylon for mobility and high-denier nylon for abrasion resistance in high-wear areas. That gives the jacket durability, but weatherproofing comes from waterproof fabrics, water-repellant coatings, and a seam sealed construction that all but guarantees water will not get into the jacket.

The waterproof layers also help the jacket ventilate since they "breath" and allow excess moisture to escape out of the jacket. But most of the ventilation is handled by the two large pit zips that run from arm to waist and the back vent that runs horizontally between the shoulders. That gives the XCR Pullover a good amount of technicality as far as lightweight jacket go, but Moose Racing hasn’t skipped on the finer details either.

Storage is solid with 2 pockets on the front and a large rabbit pouch out rear. There’s a ¾ length zipper out front so you can leave your helmet on when taking the jacket off/putting the jacket on. There’s baked-in reflective accents for dual-sport riders that hit the road, and there’s even a feature that lets the jacket fold into its own pocket and be worn around the waist like a fanny pack—which is ideal for the dirt bike riders with minimal to no storage.
