• When needed, the KTM Neck Brace can safely arrest dangerous movements of the head in both race and road use. The forces arising are transferred effectively from the neck to the upper body.
• The neck brace offers scientifically and technologically advanced protection against the following:
  - Hyperflexion (extreme forward movement of the head).
  - Hyperextension (extreme backward movement and overstretching of the neck).
  - Lateral Hyperflexion (extreme movement of the head to the side).
  - Axial Loading (compression of the spinal column due to a corresponding load on the helmet).
  - Posterial Hypertranslation (rearwards shunting of the head into the neck).
  - Uncontrolled movement of the head/helmet in the event of a crash.
