Poor design
Poor buckle design. They were broke right out of the box never had a chance to use them. Would not think they would hold up to use if they can’t make it through shipping.

Incredible comfort and protection
First off, I rarely submit reviews . . . But for those who need to go to work the next day, had to write in about my recent purchase of the EVS RS9 Pro Knee Brace. I recently injured (sprained) my MCL on my left knee. Rode a Hare Scramble exactly one week later. This guard took a few nasty hits and saved my left knee from further damage. Both incidences resulted in hard blows to my left knee/upper thigh, and this knee guard/brace absorbed the impact with no issues. Bottom line is I was so impressed, I'm going to invest the money and get one for my right leg. So overall - Great impact protection, comfortable to wear, high quality leather straps (no elastic), solid build construction. They also help keep your knee from "twisting or hyper extending". Again, this was proven during my last ride. I give these 5 stars all day long. Well worth the investment. Take one bad crash / hit and you won't regret this purchase.

4th pair of braces, first I like
in trying to find he right brace there's a balance between support/ function and comfort/ minimization of bulk (and obviously cost is a factor too) These are the first that I've owned that do both. Asterisk braces fit poorly for me, and were too bulky, thor fit so so & didn't do much, Ortho braces fit well, but were too bulky for me on dirt & sleds.

These were the first ones that I didn't notice all day long but my knee felt better at the end of the day than at the beginning... that hasn't happened in a long time, even on a simple work day where I do no impact

Very happy..

My left knee has had surgery 3 times. I am really concerned about hurting it while riding my dirt bike. What brace do you recommend for complete stability and protection?
Brian S on Oct 4, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I have used these for about a year now. I believe good protection for the price. I had surgery on my knee several years ago. I have these braces set with a reduced range of motion. I think 10 degrees if I recall correctly. They have worked good for me as I have wiped out a couple of times now and my knees never even noticed it.
Could this knee brace be used by a 12 yr old or will it be too long?
Jeromy G on Dec 11, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I would like to say I would know for sure if it would fit. I would lean towards saying no based on how far up and down the leg it goes on a adult. Great thing with Rocky Mountain is they exchange things easily. Hope that helps.
