    Great Lift
Great lift makes working on the bike so much easer. I made a small 4" ramp that I roll the rear tire up on. The lift slides right under the bike with out having to lift a thing.

    Almost Perfect
I love this lift its almost perfect BUT really needs adjustable legs when I can set it lower then my bikes so I can slide it under easy. Gets to be a pain wrangling heavier bikes on to it. Also I added wheels which makes it super easy to maneuver and work on the bikes and store them, etc. But it added 2 inches + so now I have to life the bike higher to get it on the stand. Wish it came with wheels and feet adjuster where I could set it lower than the bike. Then it would be the ULTIMATE LIFT!

Handy stand to have in the shop
Very solid stand. A bit heavy to move, but you are getting a lot here. Lifts very high... and keeps bike very stable. Mine came in missing parts, and after a few emails, they sent them over to me. So good customer service. Only complaint on mine is that it doesn't hold bike up over period of time... it lets it down very slowly. Not sure if that's normal.

great stand especialy in limited space
I've always wanted a work stand like you see in the shops, but the size and cost prevented me from getting one.
I don't have the room to spare for full size lift when not in use.
Harbor Freight has a stand I could afford but again too big a foot print in the garage

This stand is the answer. It is great! Lifts my bikes off the ground to a comfortable working height, very easy to adjust the height back and forth as you work. Very stable stand even at full lift height. No more sitting on the floor or laying on your back to get to areas on the lower portion of the bike. When not in use, I set it under the the bike so it doesn't take up extra space.
It's size also makes it portable. Easy to load for use in the field.

The only thing I had an issue with is adjusting the hold down arms and springs.
The hold down arms rotate to tension the springs as the lift is raised. The higher the lift the more tension on the springs
and the tighter the bike is held to the stand.

On some bikes with rear shock linkage that protrudes lower than the skid plate it was difficult to position bike on the skid plate where lock down springs could reach the foot pegs to secure the bike.
One way the springs would not reach far enough to the foot pegs, the other way the arms couldn't be adjusted to tension the springs at all.
I didn't want to put the linkage on the stand and put pressure on the linkage.

The answer was big heavy duty carabiners from hardware store.
Clip these on to the pegs, then attach stand spring hook to carabiner.

On bike with no linkage in the way (KTM w PDS) it was no problem you can slide the bike back and forth to a good position.

    lift stand
This is the best investment that you will ever make if you do your own maintenance on your bikes. It raises the bike to a height that makes it comfortable and easy to work on,my friend had one and I used his all of the time and I finally just had to have my own and it has been well worth every penny. It is heavy so you don't have to worry about tip over and it also has adjustable clamping system so your bike won't fall off of it.

I have a bad back and would like a higher stand to mount wheels. Can I still stabilize the bike on the stand even though I have a skid plate? Or would I have to remove the skid plate? I have an 18 300 xcw
    A shopper on Feb 10, 2018
BEST ANSWER: we have used this stand on KTM bikes with both PDS and linkage rear suspensions with stock skid plates and had no stability issues
you may have to rotate the position of the hold down arms to fit your bike so that the hooks on the springs of the hold down arms are loose enough to attach to the foot pegs when the stand is fully lowered
As the stand rises, the hold down arms rotate to
tension the springs and pull the hooks tight on the foot pegs as the bike is raised

the hold down arms have a pinch bolt, which when loosed allow you change the hold down arms initial position, a little trial and error was needed to find the perfect position for the hold down arms

this is a great stand, esp where space is limited, it makes working on the bikes so much easier, no more sitting on the ground in uncomfortable positions, well worth the $
Can you change oil using the stand?
    Austin H on Feb 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: There is not a hole in the top of the stand.
