Don’t be fooled into thinking that all clutch packs are the same. Find out how big a difference quality can make to your ATV or dirt bike with EBC’s Clutch Kits.

If you need proof that EBC Clutch Kits greatly eliminate clutch fade, look no further than the kit’s pin-planished steel plates. These plates resist heat and distortion better than OEM alloy plates and increase the amount of oil inside the pack, keeping the clutch from burning up and fading when it’s hot. EBC’s fiber plates are also fantastic, built with an array of long-wearing but super-grippy materials for absolutely positive hook up without sacrificing longevity. Most importantly, EBC clutch kits keep the same overall stack height as your OEM clutch for the exact tolerances it needs to operate properly. All of these plates will be held together by the included heavy-duty springs so you get the most from EBC’s high standard and innovations.

When you get frustrated with a clutch that sticks, fades, and slips, get a new EBC Clutch Kit and let EBC remind you how great a clutch can feel.

    Specs:
  • Pin-planished, heat dispersing steel plates
  • Heavy-duty springs included
  • Maintains OEM clutch stack height
  • Increased oil flow through clutch pack
  • Includes friction plates, steel plates, heavy-duty clutch springs

Worth the money
Replaced the clutch on my son’s bike. What a difference in having spring response and feel. Plates engage and hold perfectly.

Great bang for the buck
This is a great clutch. I threw it in my ktm 65sx pit bike and after about 15 hours of riding not a thing has changed. It grabs hard and I haven't had it slip on me once

Great clutch kit
I am an ametuer racer that rides in all types of races from hare scrambles to some motocross, and have this kit installed on my bike. I see a lot of mixed reviews but decided to put them in anyways because EBC is a reputable brand. I bought them over a year ago and have had no problems. People are saying they don't work when bike isn't warm, but let your bike warm up for five mins before you ride and they work fine. I have at least 60 hours of racing and hard riding on these plates and no problems whatsoever. Adjust your clutch when the bike is fully warmed up, and don't readjust when cold, just let it warm up before you ride and it will be the exact same as when you last rode it. No complaints so far, and would definitely buy again when the time comes.

Installed new tusk plates and they just never wanted to fully disengage. Cable was at the max adjustment. The dragging was causing numerous other problems. EBC plates cured that crap

100% same specs as OEM
originally bought a tusk clutch kit to save a few bucks but I didnt like it. So I decided to give EBC clutch kit a try because it was still half the cost of OEM. Everything fits like OEM and I do not have the dreaded "bike lurch" like I did with tusk. I will be buying EBC from here on out, some things you just have to spend the money on.

Will you still need to install the judder spring with this kit or remove it?
PAUL G on Mar 17, 2017
BEST ANSWER: You can still run the judder spring but do not need to this kit has enough plates to fill the gap. All the judder spring does is it makes more of a smoother engagement on the clutch
I'm wondering when I start my bike and pull the clutch in its really hard to pull in but when I ride for awhile the clutch isn't hard to pull. Will these clutches fix that or is it something more serious?
Zachary S on Nov 25, 2017
BEST ANSWER: More than likely it's not the clutch disc bad. The symptoms you described sounds like the clutch springs have weakened. When the engine is cold they have more tension to them and when they get hot they weaken. I would recommend just changing out the springs first. That should fix your problem.
Are the Friction Plates Steel or Aluminum? I know the Drive plates are steel. I want to know if the Friction Plates are steel as well.?
Dennis M on Apr 13, 2018
BEST ANSWER: They were all steel
EBC has 4 types of clutch material, which are these; Standard CK, CKF, DRC, DRCF?
Robert S on Jul 25, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This will be the DRC model.
I just bought a yfz450 and the clutch is bad. Is this what I need to buy to fix it?
Brody P on May 30, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, this kit will have the parts you need to fix a slipping clutch. However, you need to look at the clutch hub and basket for signs of wear, if either of them are bad, your clutch will not work properly. Get a manual and follow the instructions for inspection of your parts.
Just bought a 06 honda cr250 r it has a recluse 2.0 clutch I won't to go back to a regular clutch would I need new baskets or could I use the recluse baskets and what clutch would I have to use preferably OEM please help ???????...Jerry
Jerry H on Jul 10, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Your best bet on that would be to replace all of the aftermarket parts and put all OEM back in. That should be the inner clutch hub, pressure plate, clutch plates, and friction plates but without seeing the bike, I can't say what you need for certain.
My clutch on my yfz 450 is slipping bad. Is this what I need to buy to fix it?
Brody P on May 30, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Typically this will fix a worn clutch problem but I would recommend having a professional mechanic diagnose the machine since there are a few different variables.

A shopper on Jul 3, 2017
BEST ANSWER: What machine are these for? Once we have the machine, we can get the manufacture part number.
