Details

In the Rekluse lineup that’s full of well-known auto clutches, the Core Manual Torq-Drive is a traditional clutch system that’s been taken above and beyond traditional performance thanks to an entirely redone Rekluse proprietary design.

Engineering choices behind the Core Manual with Torq Drive are complex, but major differences that deserve calling out include a 50% increase in plates from 8 to 12, a pressure plate and springs that deliver reliable repeatable pressure onto the clutch pack, and a shape to the entire assembly that actually catches oil and forces it out between the plates.

What these changes do is they give you more torque capacity through your clutch, more performance on the low end due to negligible slippage, and drastically increased component durability for a long lifespan and decreased clutch fade. More specifically, expect 25% to 65% more torque capacity over stock, an estimated 3x longer clutch life over stock, and a lever feel that is just as light as stock, if not a little lighter.

  • More drive and friction plates for decreased fade, less slippage, and more power transferred to the ground.
  • The top-tier manual clutch in the Rekluse lineup for the best possible performance from a familiar format
  • Made 100% in the USA: Rekluse supports the sport by designing, manufacturing, and shipping everything under the Rekluse name from their headquarters in Boise, Idaho.

    Performance

Worth it!
Went 3 gold 3 red for lighter pull. Added a Magura hydraulic for even lighter feel. Love the torque output compared to conventional. Coupled with a Lectron carb it’s as smooth of a powerband as any Euro Enduro. 1 hour on clutch so no update on durability.

Much better than stock.
Installation was a breeze. Once installed, I started the bike with the red springs (the recommended setting) and noticed once in gear, the bike, even though clutch was pulled, creeped forward. And in slowly releasing the clutch, it was more of a consistent release of power over stock. Although, I ended up using 3 red springs, and 3 gold springs for less resistance on lever pull, I still seen about the same results. No clutch fade during riding, and very precise power delivery on the clutch lever as stated in product summary. Overall, the price is a bit high, but the bike definitely felt like it had more power overall. I cant say much on durability yet seeing I only have 7 hours on it, but I'm sure its better then stock.
