The Core EXP 3.0 is Rekluse’s latest update to their Core EXP line and the most advanced clutch released yet. Rekluse is still providing the uncontested best for weekend warriors and professional racers alike by giving them the same smooth shifting, raw power delivery, and zero stalling that all Rekluse centrifugal clutches offer.

With Rekluse’s 3.0 update the Core EXP is taken to a new level of refinement and precision. A redesigned clutch plate now has less rotating mass thanks to large lubrication openings that promote cooler operating temps. The increased durability of the 3.0 means greater component life and less adjustments to the system as a whole once you have it dialed in. When your traditional clutch fades the Rekluse is engineered to hold fast and keep that precious horsepower transferring to the rear wheel.

What does all this engineering mean for you, the rider? Well, that rocky climb you stalled on? You’re going to fly up it. The technical terrain you’ve never been comfortable with? You’re about to pick it apart. Tired of eating roost at the track? Welcome to the world of faster lap times.

Rekluse’s 3.0 is based on the award winning Core EXP system and has been refined to give you ultimate performance and absolute control. Get ready, the EXP 3.0 is about to move you up in the world.

  • Virtually eliminates stalling
  • Improved slip/fade control over previous models
  • Increased durability
  • Lighter assembly
  • Increased lubrication
  • Cooler operating temperatures
  • Still allows engine braking
  • Enables use of clutch override lever
  • Enables use of optional left hand rear brake kits
  • Fully tunable to rider preference and terrain condition
  • NOTE: Not recommended for use with big bore kits

Spider sense!

Comments On Oct 13, 2015:This clutch rocks! I have ran the rekluse for a year now and love it. It has aided my riding tremendously and the quality of the components with the KTM O.E.M. friction and glide plates is a very durable long lasting design. I have regularly check clutch wear over the last year and are still with in spec., with no fade. Just and F.Y.I. when you install the new clutch cover keep in mind you will need to add more gear oil to accommodate the larger volume. I went from 700cc to 800cc to meet the O.E.M. oil level recommendation. The only thing that took getting use to was the stiffer clutch pull experienced on my hydraulic clutch. Adjustment is easy and I was able to get the same modulation with my clutch lever as the original clutch set up. I would definitely but placing these on all my bikes from now on the price is worth it in my opinion.

Best aftermarket upgrade

Comments On Aug 28, 2015:This is easily the best mod you can do to your dirt bike! It makes technical trail sections feel like you are cheating. I have taken my bike up stuff I never would with a standard clutch. It's pricey but worth it!!
Also the Rekluse tech support is top notch.

Really blown away!

Comments On May 20, 2015:Spend the money and get the true performance of this technology. The standard exp does not compare tunining and performance wise. In every race bike I own.

I Love This Rekluse Core EXP 3.0

Comments On Mar 09, 2015:This clutch hooks up so well, I would never be without ever. Expensive, yes! Worth the money? Yes! Absolutely. But I saved up my RMATV points and used them towards this clutch. Win/Win situation. Never kill the engine, able to upshift to climb hills, engine braking still possible, shifting is faster than with a manual clutch and if you get stuck on an uphill, the engine won't die. Makes riding more fun. Fairly simple installation although be careful when lifting your stock clutch basket to not disengage it from the gears below that you cannot see.

Awesome Product

Comments On Mar 09, 2015:I rode with this item for the first time this last weekend at a tough California desert race.
The course was nothing but rocky up and down hills. The Rekluse worked perfect. I probably would not have finished had I been using the stock clutch.
It is an awesome product.

Comments On Jan 14, 2015:I love the rekluse clutch! Next to the suspension it is the best thing i have done to my bike! The price tag is a kick in the wallet so you may ask if it is worth 900?! The answer is no all dirt bike parts are way overpriced! If you take the money out of the equation it is the second best thing you can do to your bike. Especially if you ride in the desert! I have a loop i do it took minutes off my time not just seconds! So if you have the money definitely purchase it you will not regret it.

Rekluse is a must...

Comments On Jan 11, 2015:I've always loved a Rekluse in any bike. It helps me focus on the trail and picking a good line. I've used the "z-start" pro on a ktm 250xcf-w and now I have the core exp3.0 on my 500. I will say that the only issue you will have on a bike this big and powerful is the bellville spring. This new clutch design is different than previous years. The Rekluse will slip in high gear when you give it the throttle. Only remedy is a 280lb bellville spring. It will increase the clutch lever pull slightly but fixes the slipping.
