Overall, the function of this auto-clutch kit lets you drive your YXZ without using the clutch pedal to accelerate from a standstill or while coming to a stop, essentially eliminating stalling during normal operation and especially at low speeds. That will make your YXZ1000 even easier to drive, eliminate the worry of burning up or prematurely wearing your clutch, and increase your machine’s capabilities when it comes to rock crawling or slow, technical terrain.

The Rekluse system for the YXZ works by using the EXP auto-clutch plate that most auto-clutch users are familiar with. The kit also includes one friction plate, an adjustable slave cylinder, a specialized pressure plate that will replace the stock piece, and a steel lining disc that will fit between the EXP and the pressure plate. You’ll reuse several stock components and with the Rekluse kit installed, everything will fit inside the same space as the OEM equipment. The only difference is that now you’ll have the YXZ’s full power being transmitted to the ground, buttery-smooth power delivery, and a more capable YXZ thanks to the Rekluse auto-clutch system.
