The FMF Gnarly pipe focuses on increasing the lower RPM horsepower and torque to get you out of the toughest terrain. When looking to add 4-stroke tractor like torque to your 2-stroke and you need a pipe to withstand the harsh elements, this is the pipe for you. Strong and rugged, this aggressive pipe dishes out handfuls of torque and bottom to mid-range pull needed for late model 200cc through 500cc machines and the rigors of the off road domain.
  • Nickel plating is an FMF trademark and has been ‘copied’ by everyone making it the most imitated expansion chamber in the world.
  • Super strong 18 gauge steel construction makes it GNARLY!
  • O-Rings Included.

Street Legal 2 Stroke

Comments On Aug 24, 2015:I noticed on the road the transition through the power band is very smooth. Holding high rpms at consistent speeds is much easier. Combined with a Steahly Flywheel weight the bike launches from a dead stop which is handy when trying to get over large logs on tight trails. I would not discourage anyone from buying the Gnarly pipe, but get the flywheel weight as well.

These things are awesome

Comments On Aug 20, 2015:The gnarly torque pipe works great. Gives you a little more bottom end grunt and smoothens out the hit at the powerband transition. I run them on this bike and my ktm 300 and they are great. I mostly ride tight single track, the nastier the better. Open desert, not so much.

great pipe

Comments On Jun 24, 2015:Really adds great usable low end power. Great for woods, pipe signs off faster than the stock pipe but for my riding its great. Tons of torque, bike was good before and even better now.

Excellent!

Comments On Apr 23, 2015:Instant low end power increase! Wasn't sure what to expect, but it's very noticeable. Seemed to help with the difficulty in jetting these 2014 300s.

Good FMF Pipe for KTM 200

Comments On Feb 20, 2015:Installed on 2011 KTM 200 XCW, it added a lot on bottom end torque as advertised. Did loose a little top end. Highly recommend for trail riding.

Good pipe

Comments On Jan 20, 2015:This pipe made a much more extreme difference that I though. I gained quite a lot of bottom end torque, but I lost most all the top end power. Great for the desert, horrible for the track. Still a great pipe though

More torque

Comments On Jan 02, 2015:Delivers more torque as promised. I'd give it 5 stars but it still dents easily and the fit was not perfect.
