Chub bars on 02 Suzuki VStrom 1000 with SW Motech Vario Barback Converters. Love them!
Chub bars on 02 Suzuki VStrom 1000 with SW Motech Vario Barback Converters 50mm plus 10mm extensions inserted. KTM bend. With the extension they are about the same height as stock but with much less sweep. I wouldn't mind a little more sweep. Bars have a very nice mat finish. They appear to be as high quality as bars that are twice the price. Nice and wide for manhandling this big bike.

Great bars. Never had an issue with tusk products. Logos come right off the bars with a little brake cleaner

    Great Bars For The Price
Bent the stock bars on a 07 yz250f. Replaced them with these, got the CR high bend. They felt great. The frequency that I dump the bike over, I'm sure I'll be buying another pair soon.

Good durable bar at a great price
I knew I wanted to go 1-1/8" bars on my DR650, but waited until the stock ones bent. Well that didn't take long. The Tusk Chub bar came in and looked to be the same quality of any other fat bar I've used in the past, but for far less money.

2 years later and they are still going strong. I recently picked up a KTM with bent bars, and figure if this bar has held up to crashes on a 380 lb DR650 it'll do fine on a 130 lb lighter orange bike. 2nd purchased set are visually identical to the first.

    Great Handle bars
Great set of Handle bars from Tusk! They fit just right on my '17 YZ450F. They are of really good value compared to other brands made from the same metals with the same bends.

Great quality for half the price
All bars are gonna bend with the right impact or jerk. Half the price for these vs comparable bars. Good quality affordable bars that are competitive with other leading brands.

What is the control length of these bars?
    A shopper on Oct 29, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Here is a link to the handle bar and a sizing chart is below the image
Does this come with a bar pad?
    Adam F on Nov 7, 2016
BEST ANSWER: No bar pad is included with these bars.
How wide are they ? How high are they? And how much pull-back ?
    A shopper on Dec 5, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Please refer to this sizing chart for specific handlebar measurements.

Do all of your stock clutch and brake mounting parts fit on these still?
    Konnor H on Oct 2, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Our family has run several of these on different brand bikes and all the stock parts have worked just fine. The ends are still 7/8" just like every other bar. Your clamps obviously need to be 1 1/8" and your hand guard clamps have to fit on the bar's taper if you run them. Our ends tapped easily to 5/8-11 to take thread in ends for hand guards or work fine with the expanding bolt systems of several types.
will these work on a KLR? do they have room for all the controls? I'm going to a fat bar conversion
    Daniel F on Dec 21, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I'm not sure about the KLR, but they worked on my XR 650l. I also used Rox risers and had no problem with my cables or controls. It made a world of difference, much more comfortable while standing. Felt like a new bike.
Are these bars hollow all the way through? I want to use them for a streetfighter build and want to run all of my control wires inside the bars.
    robert k on Jun 24, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, I’m sure you can. It would be crazy heavy if they were solid, haha. The diameter of the hole is roughly 12mm if I can recall.
Will the D-flex pro handguards fit these bars? I have these bars and there is a gradual taper from 1 1/8' to 7/8" in the area where the handguard clamps will mount.
    Jeff on Aug 7, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Depends which clamps you get. The clamps for the 1 1/8" actually taper, and fit the Chub Bar fine. I have the regular D-Flex handguards on my Chub bar. I did have to bend the handguard bar to get it to work at the angle I wanted.
Anyone have any input on bar size (ATV, CR KTM, etc.) recommended for a KLR650?
    Luke S on Jul 10, 2017
BEST ANSWER: To use them on a klr you'll need 7/8 to 1 1/8 adapters. You knew that, but mention it because triple clamps on a klr aim the bar mounts up and back, so with the adapters the new bars will be even farther up and back. The height is ok but the bar stock is too far back for any standing riding. This is why soem guys use the short rox riders to roll the bar forward. If not I suggest staying with a 7/8 bar (protaper se being strongest) with a tall bend that doesn't have much pullback. Look at the charts. That's what I did but don't remember which bend, sorry..
Goofy question which is closest to Carmichael bend/Stewart bend. Moto bend looks close but I’m not sure on sweep?
    Joe k on Aug 6, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I'm not sure what brand you are referring to for the Carmichael and Stewart bend but here is a link to all the handle bar measurements that we carry https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/rm-rider-exchange/handlebar-information/
Are any of the bends similar to the Windham bend?
    Kelly B on Aug 18, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Rockymountain has a chart with all the bends. i bought the KTM bend because it has less sweep and more height. im 6'3" so need as much room as i can get on a yz. it made a nice noticeable difference coupled with the bar adapters.
Do these bars have centering marks? (hard to see from pics..no mention in description)
    Yash M on Jan 21, 2017
    BEST ANSWER: Yes, they do.
