Does what it was made to do
Very simple and easy, does exactly what a kill switch is supposed to do, unlike the moose kill switch I bought before this that came bad out of the box

    To Kill A Running Motor
I gotta say, this little beauty is a gem. Perfect plug-and-play action and boy does she stop a running motor in it's tracks, just like a kill switch should! Would recommend to anyone!

    Perfect fit
This was a direct replacement for the stock kill switch. Plugged in perfectly with the oem receiver. wires were the correct length with no excess wires to try sticking somewhere. This was for a 2011 YZ250

    Get it together Tusk/Rocky Mountain!
This is a fine kill switch if your bike actually has the same connectors that come from Tusk. After arguing with customer service that my bike had different connectors from the factory, they said, sorry go put the right connectors on yourself. Not happy with the product.

Is this normally open or closed?
    trent b on Sep 17, 2016
BEST ANSWER: A kill switch is a normally open circuit. When kill switch is pressed it grounds out, closes the circuit, and there is no more spark for engine to fire.

    CJ H on Jul 12, 2017
