They are pretty and seem like they would protect pretty well, but the fit could be a lot better, considering it's a KTM part that you pay a premium for.

I have the following issues on a KTM 200 XCW -
    * The forks will hit the tops of the mounts when nearing full lock, before they get to their stopper bolts. So if you crash in a way that forces your forks to one side rapidly, you're basically using your cooling system as a steering stopper - not good. I'll probably fix this by removing some material off of the braces.
    * The fender touches the connecting plate and the bottom of the guards. Not a big deal and could be fixed with a little grinding, but it's not something I expected to do with a premium part.

I have the EE ones on my other KTM and I like them better, both in terms of fit and design. If you're considering both, go with EE.

    Don't buy!
Did more harm that good. I dropped my bike and the guards ended up taking the impact, but it completely took my radiator with it. It did not protect it but damaged it. If you have the extra money I would consider buying something different.

    Great guards
Just go with these and the stock louvers. No need to buy the other one with a separate cover. These are rock solid. .

    Ok guards
These guards are ok, but not great. I have had to straighten both guards and one radiator back out.

    Good protection
They are much more robust and thicker than the picture led me to believe. Went on ok, but needed a bit of filing to make all the shroud bolt holes line up. Seem to do the job as there has been no radiator damage in the couple of tip-overs last season. Agree with the other reviews that it was surprising they mount in front of the radiators, instead of around them. Overall I would reccomend them.

    KTM Radiator braces
These brackets are solid as a rock. A bit tricky to install but once they are on your radiator is surely protected. The stock radiator louvers will fit once the brace is installed, its really tight but they will go in there. Already had a fall with these braces installed and they are so strong that the plastic shroud broke on impact but the radiator is just fine. Worth the money IMO.

    Sits in front of radiators
Just like the previous reviewer stated, it's odd that these don't sit around the radiators to protect them. They form a space in front of the radiators and protect that way. I wonder how these will hold up on a side impact. I saw someone selling one side on ebay, because he crashed and trashed the other side. Other than that, they seem to be sturdy and line up fairly well. It took me an hour to put it together. The plastic black protectors up front are tricky to install inside the guards: the first took me 15 minutes to figure it out, while the other side went right in. I left out my bottom shroud bolts because they did not line up and seemed to be superfluous.

    Excellent Fit
These guards look nice and were very easy to install. The only thing I had to modify was I enlarged the 4 holes for the connecting bracket because the bracket was touching the frame and I couldn't get the bolts in. Very minor problem if you ask me. I'd definitely buy them again.

Good but not what I expected
The good, fit great look good and easy to install

The bad, they fit in front of the radiators, I figured they would fit around

    Them, box them in

any way I can get instructions for mounting these - just purchased a used 2014 350 exc-f and these came in a box of spare parts with the bike. I noticed someone said they go "in front" of the radiator and not around - any other tips / hints / instructions? Thanks

BEST ANSWER: Hi there, I found it easiest to take off front fender as well as the tank, the black brace holds guards at top, the longer bolts hold the air scoops to the guards at bottom, the radiators fit in and behind the guards, you will need to take radiators loose of frame, I replaced both rads as one was bent, you will need to readjust steering lock/stop so forks don't hit guards. They do work as I promptly bent my left guard but rad is fine. sorry for delayed answer I don't check email very much, my bike is a '14 200 XC-W
Do these fit/work with the Mylers radiators?
    Denzil S on Jan 28, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This may not completely answer your question, but I have the oem radiators and my fork tube runs into the radiators on full lock turns. It doesn't really hinder my turning as the guard flexes enough, but it causes some rubbing on my forks. Other then that they are great and I'd pick them up again. So if Mylar radiators are wider they prob won't work, as they are a snug fit.
Will these fit a 2011 530 EXC? I see on another site it says they will but I want to be sure.

I see these will fit on a 2016 KTM 350 XCF but will they fit on a 2016 350 XCF-W? I know these machines are virtually identical but I do not see the XCF-W listed as a machine these work on.
    A shopper on Oct 22, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The right side radiator is quite different on the XC-F than on the XCF-W which is why these won't fit.
