    • Eliminate the stock touchy throttle spring.
    • The spring tension has been increased so the pedal has more resistance in rough driving conditions.
    • This helps minimize the throttle chop from your foot tapping the pedal.

    gas pedal spring
This spring took care of the jerkiness at slow speeds. It should be a recall from Polaris. It was easy to install. just use a pair of lineman plyers and a screw driver.

    Not A Bad Product
Installation was not the easiest, overall I am satisfied with this product. Makes it easier to control pedal in rough terrain at slow speeds.

    A must have upgrade!
When you first get your RZR, there are a few mandatory upgrades that everyone should do, and installing the HD Pedal Spring is one of them. It is definitely an improvement over the stock OEM spring.

    Better control
Takes the softness out of the throttle petal and makes rough terrain and hill climbs/ decents easier.

    Much Better Throttle
I just bought one of these for my RZR S. I'm sure anyone who has one of these has noticed how easy it is to feather the gas pedal over every little bump you come across. Plus it wastes fuel and jerks your head and neck. So, in my opinion, this greatly reduces that problem. It is relatively inexpensive and quite easy to put in. All I needed was a good set of lineman's pliers. Those pliers are much thicker and stronger and you have plenty of room to work with. I am sure that you won't be sorry if you invest in this little spring because it makes a BIG difference.

My rzr Xp 900 won't start by putting foot on brake pedal I have to stomp on it many times to start it could it be the electric connection or brake master cylinder ?
    mel k on Jan 2, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I think there is a switch on the brake pedal that won't allow you to start the engine, which may need replacement or adjustment.
