    Double Take Mirror Kit includes:
    -1 Double Take Replacement Mirror
-1 Ram Mount Double Socket Arm 3"
-1 Ram Mount 1" Ball Stud
  • Mirror kit allows for easy mounting and easy articulation. Allowing for a variety of positions.
  • 3" arm gives better visibility and folds farther into the center of the bike.
  • Virtually indestructible, glass filled Zytel used for mirror body selected for toughness, resistance to UV and temperature fluctuations, and lack of vibration. The ball joints will give way in a crash and thus protect you, your bike and lever perches, and the mirror.
  • Outstanding visibility - SAE spec convex lens increases field of view without sacrificing detail.
  • Easy to fold or remove - Having 2 ball joints allows the mirror to tuck away, no matter what bike you are riding. Being able to control the tension on the joints allows you to adjust the mirror at a light tension, and then lock it in. The entire mirror can be taken off without tools, leaving just an unobtrusive ball.
  • Position anywhere- No matter what your bike or position, you can set the mirror to give you the best view.

Good Product

Comments On Jun 23, 2015:The ability to tuck away the mirror when it is not needed is great, but when it is being used it is hard to keep it locked in place.

Nice product

Comments On May 30, 2015:I like the product, I have it on a Triumph Tiger XC. The mirror is slightly "parabolic" and gives a good, wide view. The RAM mounting system is very secure. One suggestion, if you have wide shoulders I recommend buying the pieces separately and buying the 4" Ram link (the kit comes with the 3" one). My arms take up half the viewable area. I also would like a slightly larger mirror for an adventure bike that is used for commuting daily as well as playing in the mountains. For a "plated dirt bike" these are probably perfect. Very good product.

Awesome Mirrors

Comments On May 25, 2015:After trying 3 other types of mirrors, I have finally found one that works. The other mirrors either rattled, had limited adjustment, or were difficult to fold in the trails, requiring wrenching. The Double Take, stay firm, have infinite range of adjustment, and are easy to fold, just loosen the knob and fold. Love them!!

Great Mirrors

Comments On May 05, 2015:I love these mirrors. I have mounted them on both my bikes and they work great. You can also replace the round mirror if you ever break it very easily.

Ball mount in system too short for 2014.5 KLR650

Comments On May 03, 2015:When used with the Double Take Mirror System the ball mount, when used on left side, will cause the RAM arm to hit the Kawasaki factory hand guard screw when you try to lean mirror to the left. It will lean some but not very much. I welded a M10x1.25 nut on top of a M10x1.25 bolt and drilled the head of the bolt (pre welding) enough to allow the Ram ball mount to screw all the way in and bottom out. This added about 1/2 inch rise to ball mount. Painted it black, screwed everything together and it looks factory and RAM arm has full motion now. Right side works fine without spacer.

Comments On Apr 29, 2015:from what I have added and set up on bikes in the past, this mirror is very easy to add and get working. It does move if its not tightened enough but have not had any issues and very happy with its foldability and hideability.

Best Dual Sport Mirror

Comments On Mar 09, 2015:I have these on all three of my dual sports KTM 530exc, 690 Enduro and KLR650
Works great on the road and when offroad it folds down neatly. Bonus is you can use the ram mounts for other stuff like gps holders. Have gone down direct on mirror and it did not break

Great Mirror

Comments On Oct 17, 2014:IMO, this is the most durable and versatile mirror available for DS/ADV bikes. Easy to adjust, fold away or remove altogether when not needed. Stays where you put it, even on rough terrain. I've seen nothing better.
The ball mount also works great with my GPS Ram cradle.
Mounted on: 2013 KTM 250 XC-W (with bar mount kit); and, 2004 KTM 950 Adventure

You can actually see out of it

Comments On Sep 26, 2014:We ride Dual Sport rides that are typically not paved at all. this is the ONLY mirror I have had that is both durable and visual. the folding mechanism is deluxe (as are most RAM parts).. most "Dirt Bike" mirrors are flexible to the point they vibrate so much you can not tell what is really behind you. I have ridden with it for over a year, and it just plain works. Colorado and New Mexico Mountains, Texas Desert, and Arkansas Hills. it has survived numerous embarrassing get-offs. There are now 4 in our riding group alone. it is actually on a 2012 450XCW but that was not a choice....
